If you're looking for a great place to build your career as a developer, this is it!ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Web Developer you'll be: Responsible for the development of user interfaces. Responsible for working with the backend developers to collaboratively design usable APIs. Working with developers and operational staff to identify and prioritize end-user requirements. Working with designers to ensure an exceptional user experience. Driving optimization and improvements for the software. Working closely with Lead Architect to ensure proper code development.Experience Guidelines 1+ year's experience developing and deploying Internet sites and applications. Experience hand-coding HTML, CSS, JS/AJAX Experience with .NET integration a plus. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of interactive technologies Experience with the latest web authoring tools and latest Adobe Creative Suite Experience with cross-platform, multi-browser issues Strong written and oral communication skills Familiarity with enterprise level software development practices (sprints, version control systems, issue tracking tools, local build environments) Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with Producers, Designers, and other Developers Must be flexible and be willing to move between tasks as neededCompensation & Benefits Great Benefits Our full coverage benefits package is available to all employees and includes health, dental and 401(k). The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
